This 5 acre pooch playground features an area for all-sized dogs and another designed for small pooches. A paved stone walkway leads to a gated transfer paddock which allows for a safe exit and entrance point. An 8 foot fence surrounds a large, open space for running and a natural grove filled will tall trees. There is plenty of room to run and there are places to relax in the shade or on the benches scattered throughout the Field. Water is currently available in a nearby concession/restroom building and at a fountain along the path leading to the Field.

The Kenton Paw Park is 2 enclosed areas in Pioneer Park for off leash dog recreation. The park is only 1 1/2 miles south I-275 at exit 80. Pioneer Park is located on Madison Pike in Kenton County. Paw Park Phase I opened in July 2004, Phase II opened in May 2005. Park hours are sunrise to sunset. Both paw parks include: fresh water, picnic tables, park benches, many shade trees, double gated entrance, small dog area, litter bags, and a beautiful creek setting. WagsPark, slated to open in April 2009, will be a members-only canine playground with pet drinking fountains, dog wash stations, skateboard runs and a large lake to amuse four-legged guests. Schappacher Park, 4686 Old Irwin Simpson Road, is a lovely 10-acre site with very old, large oak trees. The park boasts Warren County's first dog run, named "Best" dog run park by Cincinnati Magazine in 2003. Schappacher Park also offers a playground, picnic tables, grills and most recently, shelters.

Symmes Park is open during the season from 7:30 a.m. to dark or 9:00 p.m., whichever occurs first. This 61-acre park is the jewel of the Township's extensive park system. It offers three picnic shelters, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, a soccer/softball field, scenic walking trails, an exercise loop, a dog run (in season) and a bird sanctuary. Thanks to overwhelming support from area dog owners and a $7,500 grant from PetSmart Charities, Cincinnati Parks has developed approximately two acres in Mt. Airy Forest into a park for dogs. The area is fenced and usage rules are posted on site. Dogs may run leash-free in this dog park, when accompanied by a guardian. Visitors to the facility are encouraged to bring degradable bags to use for disposing of waste. Tax-deductible gifts in support of the Mt. This is a very nice wooded park on a hill with running water, benches, and a short trail. There is a separate small dog area. Exit I-275 at Ft. Thomas/Grand Ave. Turn left at the BP station and follow this curvy road for about 2 miles. Mayfield is a left turn immediately after the flashing stoplight. Follow Mayfield all the way back through the park and the dog park is located in the very back of the park.

Miami Meadows has become the crown jewel in the Miami Township park system with soccer, football and baseball fields, walking trails, a playground area and picnic shelters, a beautiful “catch & release” lake and now its own dog park. Bark Park gives dogs and their owners a chance to run and play without the fetters of a leash. The new facility features fenced areas for dogs to run free, a special dog water fountain for a good slurp at the end of a hard day’s play, and the amenities for dog owners, such as shaded areas to sit and relax while their dogs run.
